6-passenger sport-utility,
available in 4 trims, ranging from
the FWD [Pre August Production] to the AWD [Post August Production].
Both 2004 Chrysler Pacifica trims are equipped with a standard
3.5-liter, V6, 250-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city
and 22-mpg on the highway.

- This model has the 4-Speed manually interactive
adaptive electronically controlled automatic transmission with
overdrive adaptive automatic transmission.

Chrysler Pacifica brake has 4-Wheel Anti-Lock
Brakes front power 318-mm X 28-mm vented disc and rear power 312-mm
X 14-mm disc brakes.
- The front suspension system has independent MacPherson
strut front suspension with coil springs, gas charged shock
absorbers and performance ride-type.
- The rear suspension system has independent Multi-Link Rear
suspension with coil springs, gas charged shock absorbers and
performance ride-type.

models: There's a front-drive version ($31,230), and a fully loaded
all-wheel-drive version ($32,980). The all-wheel-drive system is transparent.
- The bucket seats are thick and deep with enormous side bolsters that may not be comfortable for some larger frames, but fit this 6-foot, 4-inch tester like the proverbial glove.
The four-speed automatic is smooth and quiet in operation.
